VisualSniffer, HealthWatch, and BVTech Plasmid are utilities that we initially developed for our consulting works. Because all these tools are very useful, we made them to be free for everyone.

VisualSniffer is a powerful packet capture tool and protocol analyzer (ip sniffer or packet sniffer) for Windows system. VisualSniffer can be used by LAN administrators, and security professionals for network monitoring intrusion detection, and network traffic logging. It can also be used by network programmers for checking what the developing program has sent and received, or others to get a full picture of the network traffic. For example, parents may want to know what kids are doing online. If you stored important data in your PC, you may need to detect whether your data is sending out by some "Adware" or "Spyware". If you are a student, you may want to know how your network is working and the mechanism of each network protocol. VisualSniffer is free software, available with full source code under the terms of the BSD License.

BVTech Plasmid is plasmid drawing software. You can use it to draw circle or linear plasmid with double strands or single strand. You can label the plasmid with genes and restriction sites in different colors, text, and styles.

HealthWatch is a health monitoring application for both family and health professionals in clinical and research settings. HealthWatch can calculate growth percentiles for infants, children and adolescents (2 to 20 years); blood pressure percentiles for children (under 17); and BMI for children and adults. This program uses data of child growth chart and baby growth chart from CDC to calculate growth percentiles, and the "Blood Pressure Tables for Children and Adolescents" from National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute to calculate Blood pressure percentiles for children. Unlike other BMI calculators, HealthWatch provides a graph for you to chart your health statistics over time. HealthWatch can also evaluate underweight and overweight, identify metabolic syndrome and calculate risk for having a heart attack using the algorithms from Adult Treatment Panel III.
