Abstract£ºDynamic changes of proliferative response to concanavalin A(ConA) and interlukin-2(IL-2) inductive activity of T cells in blood and immune organs of one-day-old chicks treated with high voltage electrostatic field (HVEF£©were studied by using cellular culture technique and [3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)]-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) method. These results discovered that the proliferative function and IL-2 inductive activity of T cells in blood and immune organs of chicks treated with positive HVEF was significantly elevated compared with control group and negative HVEF group. By contrast, the item above-mentioned in blood and immune organs of chicks treated with negative HVEF was differently degree decreased compared with control group. These results indicated that positive HVEF has promotion role to immune function and regulation in blood and immune oranges of chicks treated with positive HVEF. But the negative HVEF can lower immune function and regulation of treated chicks.
