Confocal Laser Endomicroscope

School of Optics and Electrics, Shanghai University for Science and Technology, Shanghai 200093, China) Abstrate:In order to real time record confocal images in vivo, a number of researchers have attempted to study confocal laser endomicroscope that combined confocal laser scaning microscope and endoscope technologies. This paper mostly listed typical confriguration of the confocal laser endomicroscope and performances abroad, therefore, introduced the achievements that we obtained. Our experimental results is that lateral resolution is 3.3μm and axial resolution is 16.6μm. Abstract: The recent development of glucose concentration monitoring technology is reviewed. Several different measurement methods for invasive glucose concentration monitoring, near-noninvasive glucose concentration measuring, and noninvasive glucose concentration evaluating are described. The clinical problems for these technologies are discussed and analyzed, and the further direction of blood glucose concentration monitoring technology is overviewed as well.
