Abstract£ºStudied on midum kind¡¢hormones combination¡¢sugar concentration of Kulingiana aily. The result showed that the best medium of inducting lateral shoot was MS+6-BA0.5 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L .The optimal hormones of inducting callus was 2,4-D 0.2 mg/L -0.5mg/L. The optimal sugar concentration was 3% sucrose. the best rooting medium was MS+IBA0.5-1.5 mg/L.
