Abstract: This article deals with the uninvolved or unreasonable projects in the verification regulation of liquid chromatograph JJG705-2002, which have a direct effect on the accuracy of the detecting results of the high performance liquid chromatograph. For example, as to the gradient admixture in the delivery pump, the admixture of the ripple and correlation should be considered. As to the autosampler, the carry-out should be detected. In the aspect of the detector, as to the accurate detection of wave length, considering the practical experience, it offers the practical detecting method. At last, it suggests validating the workstation including the data collecting and the processing system.
