Abstract: The Chinese pine seeds were processed by He-Ne laser in different time and the germ ination experiment was carried out under drought stress simulated by PEG6000.The result showed: The germ ination percentage ,vitality index and fresh weight were increased by 32.23 %,81.19 % and 46.58 %; Compared with the compared group, the vitality of superoxide dismatase (SOD) and catatase (CAT)of Chinese pine seedings'Protective Enzyme Systems were raised by 28.70 %,46.52 %.Meanwhile, the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) was decreased. The increased vitality of Protective Enzyme Systems in Chinese pine seeds processed by laser may be the main reason of the raised physiological effect of germ ination percentage ,vitality index and fresh weight under drought stress.
