Abstract: Sperms which were removed of seminal fluid, incubated with exogenous DNA, so that they can intake exogenous DNA and fertilize with matured oocytes in vitro. The purpose is to develop a way to produce early transgenic pig embryos at lower costs. It indicated that sperm incubated with exogenous DNA could intake it and could be detected in embryos at different stage.
