Abstract: By measuring the diffuse reflection spectrum of forefinger through two certain wavelengths (760 nm, 850 nm), modified Lambert-Beer principle,we estimated the absolute concentration of HbO2¡¢Hb and the total Hemoglobin.16 volunteers were tested. The relative error of all male volunteers is below 7.39 %,and R is 0.954, and for all female volunteers, the relative error below 7.26 %,R0.969.
