Abstract: Exogenous hormones in medium for propogation of Pyrus.spp plantlet caused endogenous hormones changed and led to subculture plantlet proliferating and growing. Content of ZR increased and there was a significant negative correlation between the rate of IAA/ZR and effective proliferation shoots in BA treated. A significant increase in IAA level when NAA treated, which brought a greater shoot growth. Content of GA1гл3 was found in initial subculture plantlet, which increased in suitable GA3 treated, meanwhile the content of ABA dropped significantly and thus promoting the shoot growth and area of leaves.
