Effects of Hormone on Callus and Bud Differentiation of Sinningia hybird Hort

Abstract: The paper reported the effects of different explants and hormones content on callus and bud differentiation of Sinningia hybird Hort through positive cross experiments. The results indicated that medium composition, 2.4-D 2.0 mg/L +6-BA 0.1 mg/L + NAA 0.3 mg/L, is the best for callus introducing; and 6-BA 0.5mg/L+ NAA 0.1mg/L is best for bud differentiating.
