Abstract£ºThe polymorphism of H-FABP gene in Shanxi White pig£¬Mashen pig£¬Large White pig£¬Landrace and Duroc was analyzed by PCR-SSCP. The results indicated that one polymorphic site was discovered in the first intron of porcine H-FABP gene. It had two alleles£¬designated A and B. Frequency of BB genotype was the highest£¬and frequency of B allele was obviously higher than frequency of A allele in mashen pig. Frequency of AA genotype was the highest in other breeds. Sequence analysis revealed that this site was generated because of C¡úT transition.
