Abstract£ºIn this study, mineral oil was selected to protect HeLa cells when they were in the vacuum or implanted. After having studied on different protective time, researchers believe that the protective time of 2-6min is best, and the survival level of protective cells was much higher than comparison. It can be concluded that the protective effect of mineral oil was very optimistic.
