Abstract: Objective : To investigate the effects of different strain on cytoskeleton of mouse marrow mesenchymal stem cells in vitro. Methods: 10 % 0.5 Hz cyclic strain force was applied on the mouse marrow mesenchymal stem cells in different time,the cell was marked by doubling label technique using FITC-phalloidin and PI and Morphological was observed by confocal laser scanning microscope and BB staining,on the other hand, BMSCs were isolated from rat bone
