Abstract£º Using buds and leaves and petiole of Rubus ideaus L as explant, a method for rapid propagation of R.. Ideaus was established. The result showed that the best medium of introduction lateral buds was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.02 mg/L+GA 6 mg/L;the best medium of reproducting of lateral buds was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.02 mg/L+GA 6 mg/L;the best medium of rooting was MS+IBA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L. the best medium of callus was MS+6-BA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L -1.5 mg/L.
