Abstract: Objective: To explore the best purification method and analysis characters polysaccharide of Gastrodia elata BL., in order to provide the technical method for the research on Polysaccharide of Gastrodia elata BL. Methods: First，the water-soluble of crude polysaccharide were obtained by water extraction and ethanol precipitation; second removed albumen by Savage way and pigment by active carbon; third the polysaccharide of Gastrodia elata BL. was obtained after the salt elutes through passing DEAE-cellulose column
