Abstract£ºThe different detection conditions based on HL60 between MTT and CCK-8 were studied. The best test time is 4h, the best test wavelength is 490nm for CCK-8. The linearity of CCK-8 between OD and cell viability was better than those of MTT. CCK-8 was a kind of cell viability assay reagent with a higher sensitivity and a better reproducibility.
