The Inhibition of Flavonoid Compound on Avian Influenza Virus

Abstract: This experiment have used embryo incubation method of chick to discuss the inhibition of flavonoid compound on avian influenza H5N1 virus. The experiment have three groups. That is the direct effect; first infect then use the drug; first use the drug then infect. The first-way shows that the virus can be inactivated firsthand by the flavonoid compound; The second-way shows the flavonoid compound can inhibit virus replication by inhibiting the activity of ptyalin; The third-way reflects the flavonoid compound can interdict adsorption. The result showed that the effect of prevention and cure the H5N1 is distinct.
