Abstract£ºThe fermentation crude extract of Bacillus subtilis JA£206 screened by the technology of ion implantation can effectively inhibit or kill T. purpureatum and T. mentagrophytes. The crude extract is stable against heat and enzyme. Three types of antimicrobial peptides, named AFP1¡¢AFP2and AFP3 were purified from the crude extract of Bacillus subtilis JA-206. AFP1 and AHP3 both had strong inhibitory activity against two kinds of dermatophytes.
