Samples:
  • Sample 1: 500 bp to 10 kb molecular weight marker
  • Sample 2: Digest LITMUS 38i Vector with ApaI (2472) and HpaI (4)
  • Sample 3: LITMUS 38i Vector, Inserted Subclone, 2501 - 3500

    • Results: A 1 kb subclone is inserted in-between 2501 -3500. The 1.3 kb band in the gel must contain this subclone.
