Ar+激光、Nd:YAG激光辐照亚心形扁藻生物学效应初探*

摘要:采用Ar+激光(488nm,照射时间分别为10min、20min、30min)、Nd:YAG(1064nm,照射时间为1min、2min、3min)辐照扁藻,通过细胞计数以及扫描色素的吸收光谱研究激光辐照扁藻的生物效应。研究结果表明:非色素吸收峰的激光可以产生激光生物效应;不同波长,不同剂量的激光辐照扁藻可以表现出相类似的生物效应;Ar+辐照20min、Nd:YAG辐照2min可以刺激扁藻生长,明显提高色素吸收光密度值,促进光合作用的进行。文中对不同激光辐照扁藻所产生的生物效应进行了比较和探讨。


Biological Effect of Ar+ Laser and Nd:YAG Laser on Platymonas subcordiformis

Abstract: Ar+, Nd:YAG laser were used to irradiate Platymonas subcordiformis, one kind of algal. The biology effect induced by laser was studied through measuring cell number and the quantity of chlorophyll. The absorption spectroscopy of chlorophyll was got to find the difference between control group and laser irradiation groups. The results of the experiment show that different laser can produce similar result, the laser which isn't chlorophyll's absorption peak can also induce biological result and Ar+ 20 min radiation group and Nd:YAG 2 min radiation group can make Platymonas subcordiformis grow faster and improve the capability of absorbing light of chlorophyll. Some discussion was made to compare the biological effect induced by different laser.
