SHEE细胞形态与细胞内F-actiniii含量的关系

摘 要:为了研究食管永生化细胞在不同的培养基中,培养后细胞形态的改变。实验利用显微镜观察,鬼笔环肽(phalloidin)-FITC标记和流式细胞仪技术分析转换培养基与未转换培养基的SHEE细胞。结果显示:转换培养基后,SHEE细胞膜边缘异常,细胞连接松散;细胞内F-actin含量降低。说明细胞培养过程中,更换细胞生长环境可影响到细胞骨架,进而改变细胞形态及细胞的粘附能力。


The Relation of Intracellular F-actin Content and Cellular Morphology of SHEE Cell

Abstract: Study to change of SHEE cellular morphology passing by different culture medium. Using the technologies of microscopy and phalloidin-FITC labeling and flow cytometry, SHEE cell was tested passing by accordant and alterative culture medium. The result show that cell membrane display abnormity and cellular connecting structure loose and intracellular F-actin content reduce passing by alterative culture medium. This account for cytoskeleton and cellular morphology and adhering capacity could be affected by alterative culture medium in the process of the culture.
