高斯光束中细胞横向受力分析

摘 要:按照几何光学的原理建立了高斯光束中细胞受力的力学模型,并利用数值计算,得到了细胞偏离光轴受到的向轴回复力大小与细胞的离轴距离x0、直径2R等的关系。结果表明高斯光束对大小不同的细胞有相同的光学势阱宽度,对较大细胞势阱较深所以较容易稳定俘获。讨论了光钳设计中注意的问题。


Theoretical Analysis of Force on a Cell in Gaussian Mode Optical Beam

Abstract: According to the geometrical optical principle, a model of cell in Gaussian mode optical beam is established to analyze the cross recovering forces on the cell. The relation between the forces and the cell's radius 2R and distance x0 to the axis of the beam is presented numerically. Gaussian mode optical beam can trap different size cells in the same well width, but larger cell can be more tightly trapped for its deeper well. The design of an optical tweezers is also discussed.
