Abstract:Appling YAG double-frequency laser microbeam of different energy irradiated four cell stage embryos of Bufo bufo gargarizans. The early stage embryos'development was observed and the results show that low energic laser could make hatching speed rise and less embryos abnormal , while high energic laser could hold back embryos'development and make more embryos abnormal. The patterns of protein expression of early blastula were investigated by two-dimensional electrophoresis 0.5 hour after irradiation with different energic laser microbeam and PDQuest software was used to examine protein spots' distribution during different pI and molecular weight in protein gel after scanned by GS-800 protein densitometers of Bio-Rad. The results show that protein expression was influenced by laser irradiation and total protein spots were related to energy densities of laser microbeam.
