光子嫩肤用滤光片的设计与制备

摘 要:分析了强脉冲光子嫩肤技术所用滤光片的特点。采用解析法构造初始膜系,单纯形法和模拟退火法相结合的优化方法设计了某型光子嫩肤仪用带通滤光片,并用盟特卡罗法分析了随机误差对滤光片光谱特性的影响,得到了理想的设计结果。采用双离子束溅射的方法制备了带通滤光片,从实测光谱图可见,通带平均透过率在95%以上,截止带平均透过率低于0.5%。各项参数均满足设计要求。

Abstract: The characteristic of optical filter applied to intense pulsed light photonrejuvenation is analyzed, designing the filter with analytic and automatic optimizing method which consists of simplex and simulated annealing algorithm. The Monte Carlo method is adopted to assess the sensitivity of the filter to errors. The design result is excellent. Ion beam sputtering technique is used to prepare the filter, which is controlled by a time-power monitoring method. From the test spectrum we can see that, the average transmittance of pass band is higher than 95% and of stop band is lower than 0.5%. All parameters meet the specification.
