基于圆孔衍射识别细胞活性状态的方法研究

摘 要:基于圆孔衍射原理,根据细胞的形态学特征,本文提出了一种鉴别活细胞、凋亡细胞、坏死细胞的简易且不降低其识别准确性的方法。用本文提出的方法可方便地得出样品中细胞的状态、大小、数量及数量比等参数。


Study on the Way of Identification Activity of Cells Based on Principle of Circular Aperture Diffraction

Abstract: A simple, precision method for identification cell viability was presented in the paper. According to the principle of the circular aperture diffraction, the cell viability, size of cell and the other parameters of cell can be detected by the method.
