摘 要:选用36头平均体重420 kg,年龄2.5岁的中国西门答尔阉牛,采用随机区组设计分为4组,以混合精料和风干玉米秸秆为基础日粮,研究日粮中添加不同水平氯化镧(0 g/d、0.45 g/d、0.9 g/d和1.8 g/d)对西门答尔阉牛营养物质消化、血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、生长激素、胰岛素、T3、T4浓度的影响。结果表明:日粮添加0.9 g氯化镧饲粮有机物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率较对照组分别提高了8.09 %、7.13 %、15.20 %、9.47 %、13.09 %和20.48 %,显著高于对照和1.8 g/d处理组(P<0.05)。试验第60天时,0.9 g氯化镧组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性较对照、0.45 g和1.8 g氯化镧组显著提高了8.22、3.95和5.04个单位(P<0.05),血清生长激素、胰岛素浓度、T3和T4浓度均显著高于对照、0.45 g和1.8 g氯化镧组(P<0.05)。以上结果显示,添加氯化镧0.9 g/d较好,可明显提高消化率、血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性、血清生长激素、胰岛素浓度、T3和T4浓度。


Effects of Different Lanthanum Concentrations on Serum GSH-px, GH, Insulin, T3 and T4 Concentration in Simmental Steer

Abstract: Thirty-six Simmental steers (average BW 420 kg, aged 2.5) consuming a corn straw diet were divided into four groups (n=9) randomly and supplemented with four concentrations (0 g/d, 0.45 g/d, 0.9 g/d and 1.8 g/d) of supplemental lanthanum to evaluate the effects of different lanthanum concentrations on nutrients digestibility, serum GSH-px, growth hormone (GH), insulin, T3 and T4 concentration. The results showed that: the digestibility of organic matter, crude protein, ether extract, crude fiber, neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in group supplemented by 0.9 g/d lanthanum significantly increased by 8.09 %、7.13 %、15.20 %、9.47 %、13.09 % and 20.48 % comparing with control group, and they are higher than control group and other treatments (P<0.05). The serum glutathione peroxidase concentration in group supplemented by 0.9 g/d lanthanum significantly increased by 8.22 U/ml, 3.95 U/ml and 5.04 U/ml compared with control group, 0.45 g/d and 1.8 g/d supplemental lanthanum. The serum GH, insulin, T3 and T4 concentration in group supplemented by 0.9g/d lanthanum were higher than control group and other treatments (P<0.05). It indicated that supplemented dietary lanthanum.
