摘 要 利用分子荧光光谱仪测定了激发波长分别为457.9,476.5,488.0,501.7和514.5nm光的血清自体荧光光谱,并对这些光谱进行了分析。实验和分析结果表明:从500nm~750nm的波长范围内,在518nm和640nm附近有两个比较明显的荧光峰;在590nm处有一个非常弱的峰。它们可
能主要来自于血清中胆红素,核黄素及其衍生物,(-胡萝卜素,锌卟啉及原卟啉IX等内源性荧光物质的贡献。这些研究结果将为利用氩离子激光器作为光源进行光谱诊断研究选择最佳激发波长提供一些参考。

Analysis of Autofluorescence Spectra of human serum induced by lights of different wavelengths

Abstract:The autofluorescence spectra of human serum excited by lights of 457.9, 476.5, 488.0,501.7 and 514.5nm were measured ; And their characteristics and mechanism were also analyzed. The results of experiment and analysis indicate that there are two obvious fluorescent peaks and a weak one at 518, 640 and 590nm in the range of 500nm to 750nm, respectively, and these fluorescent peaks maybe mainly arise from contributions of bilirubin, riboflavin and its derivatives, (-carotene, zinc protoporphyrin , protoporphyrin IX and so on in human serum. The result will provide some reference for choosing Ar+ laser wavelength in the technique of spectra diagnosis.
