利用延迟荧光研究DCMU对植物光合的影响

摘 要:敌草隆(DCMU)阻断植物光合器官类囊体膜上的电子从QA到QB的传递。延迟荧光(DF)是光系统II(PSII)反应中心电荷分离效率的内在探针。本文以菠菜叶片作为实验材料,从DF衰减动力学及其总强度的变化研究了DCMU对植物光合作用的影响。DCMU作用后叶片DF衰减动力学曲线表明在快相部分有明显上升趋势,而慢相部分出现下降。不同DCMU浓度处理叶片后延迟荧光强度与叶片光合速率的变化表现出很好的相关性。研究结果表明,植物延迟荧光能很好的表征植物叶片DCMU处理后光合速率的变化。


Study on the Effect of DCMU on Photosynthesis of Plant by Delayed Fluorescence Method

Abstract: Diuron (DCMU) blocks the electron transporting from QA to QB in the thylakoid membrane. Delayed fluorescence(DF) in plants is an intrinsic label of the efficiency of charge separation at P680 in photosystemⅡ (PSⅡ). In this paper, with spinach as a testing material, we studied the effects of DCMU on photosynthesis of plant from the characteristics of DF decay kinetic curve and its total intensity. The fast phase of DF decay curve of leaves obviously rise after DCMU treatment, while the relative slow phase declined. With the different concentration of DCMU treatment, the intensity of the DF and net photosynthesis rate (Pn) behaved excellent correlation. All the results suggested that DF is an ideal marker to characterize the Pn of plant after DCMU treatment.
