60Coγ射线诱变褐色高温单孢菌及其在粪便发酵中的应用研究

摘 要:本试验以褐色高温单孢菌(Thermomonospora fusca)为出发菌株,通过60Coγ射线诱变孢子悬液,采用透明圈法初筛和摇瓶培养复筛的方法,获得了一株纤维素酶高产菌株AV5,与出发菌株相比,其产酶能力提高1.8倍。接种牛粪发酵后,牛粪中粗纤维含量降低率为32.95 %。


The Studies on Mutagenesis of Thermomonospora fusca with (60) Co Gamma Rays and its Application in the Fermentation of Excrement

Abstract: In this experiment, Thermomonospora fusca was chosen as an original strain for screening high yield cellulase mutants. The spore suspension of organism was treated with 60Co gamma rays. A high cellulase-producing mutant strain AV5 was obtained by screening using the methods of transparent zone and shaking culture. The activity of mutant strain AV5 was enhanced for 1.8 times comparing with that of the original strain. After fermentation the excrement of cattle, the reducing rate of the crude cellulose of excrement is 32.95 %.
