卫星搭载向日葵种子SP2代花部变异株的研究

摘 要: 报道了利用卫星搭载向日葵种子后获得的花部变异株,SP2正常株与CK的比较,结果说明,突变株筒状花的花瓣变大、增长,花药变小,而子房和花柱的变化不大。在同一个花盘中,外周花的花瓣长大,而中心部花的花瓣短小。变异株的小孢子增大。精核分化早,呈线状,是观察小孢子精核形态的好材料。


The Study of Helianthus annuus L. Induced by Space-flight in SP2 Generation

Abstract: After seeds of Hellanthus annuus L. were treated by space flight, a mutant plant with flower characters was screened, and the traits of this plant was compared with normal plant. it was found that the petal got enlarged and elongated and the anther got small. But there was no change in the ovary and style. In the same floral disc, the petal of external was bigger than that of the internal. The microspore of the mutant plant was two times as big as the control. Compared to the control, the spermo-nucleus of mutant plant differentiated earlier, which was a good material to screen.
