摘要:目的:利用红外热扫描成像系统探讨了复方寒凉中药对大鼠全身不同部位热效应的影响。方法:用知母、石膏、龙胆草和黄柏制成水煎剂连续灌胃大鼠3周,用红外热扫描成像(thermal texture maps,TTM)系统测定了给药前、给药后及停药1周后大鼠全身各部位的温度变化情况。结果:复方寒凉中药灌胃后,大鼠的左前腋、右前腋、胸、上腹、中腹部温度明显降低,其中左前腋、胸、上腹、中腹部温度较给药前差异具显著意义(P<0.05),右前腋温度较给药前差异具极显著意义(P<0.01)。停药1周后各部位温度仍维持较低水平,其中胸、上腹、中腹部较给药前差异仍具显著意义(P<0.05),左前腋、右前腋部较给药前差异具极显著意义(P<0.01)。大鼠左后腋、右后腋的温度在给药3周后降低不明显,但停药1周后的温度较给药前降低明显,差异具显著意义(P<0.05)。大鼠头、颈部温度在给药后及停药1周后均较给药前无明显改变。对照组大鼠3次实验测定的全身不同部位温度无明显改变。结论:复方寒凉中药可降低大鼠全身多个部位的温度,降低程度依部位不同而异。


Studies of Thermal Effects of Compound Cold&Cool Chinese Herbal Medicine Using Thermal Texture Maps System

Abstract: Objective: Thermal effects of compound cold &cool Chinese herbal medicine on different body parts of rats were studied using the thermal texture maps system. Methods: The decoction made from Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, Gypsum Fibrosum, Radix Gentianae, Cortex Phellodendri were used to fill the stomach of rats for three weeks continuously, then the thermal effects of different body parts were measured using thermal texture maps(TTM)system,The measured time were pre-taking medicine, pro-taking medicine or stop taking medicine one week later, respectively. Results: After filling the stomach with compound cold &cool Chinese herbal medicine, body temperatures of rats in left fore-armpit, right fore-armpit, neck, upper abdomen and middle abdomen declined obviously, and the temperatures in left fore-armpit、neck、upper abdomen and mid-abdomen were statistically different after taking medicine (p<0.05),but for right fore-armpit, the difference were extremely different(p<0.01).One week after stop taking medicine, the temperatures in all parts kept at low level, they were remarkably different in neck, upper abdomen, middle abdomen, compared with those of pre-taking medicine, and they were conspicuously different in left fore-armpit and right fore-armpit. Temperatures in left later-armpit and right later-armpit fallen after taking medicine for one week, they were statistically different (p<0.05), but they did not obviously fall down after stop taking medicine for three weeks. Temperatures in head and neck kept invariable whether taking medicine or stop taking medicine one week later. During the experiment, all data changed quite little, compared with that of the control.Conclusion: Compound cold & cool Chinese herbal medicine could roll back the temperature for all body parts, but the extents were different, they seemed varying with different body parts.
