摘要:分别采用两种不同绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)突变体作为荧光共振能量转移(FRET)对的供体和受体,并利用分子生物学技术将供体和受体分子分别与特定的生物分子融合,这种技术已经成为在单个活细胞中实时长时间检测蛋白质间的动态相互作用的主要技术。本文主要介绍了基于GFPs的FRET技术在单个活细胞中实时长时间研究生物分子动态行为的应用。


Real-time FRET Monitoring of the Dynamics of Biological Molecules in Single Living Cell

Abstract: Using different mutants of green fluorescent protein (GFP) as the donor and acceptor for FRET pair, and both the donor and acceptor are fused to two different host proteins or at two different sites within the same protein molecular biology technique, one can monitoring the dynamical protein-protein interaction in real-time in single living cell. This paper presents the application of FRET based on the GFPs in the study of dynamics of biological molecules in single living cell.
