瘤胃甲硫氨酸降解菌的分离及其16 S rDNA全序列分析

摘 要:为研究山羊瘤胃液中甲硫氨酸降解菌群的物种资源,对经分离纯化获得的一株甲硫氨酸降解菌MB6-1,采用PCR方法扩增其16 S rDNA基因,并测定其基因的核苷酸全序列。基于16 S rDNA序列的同源性比较和系统发育学分析(ribosomal database projectⅡ;简称RDPⅡ数据库),发现MB6-1可能是普罗威登斯菌属 (Providencia) 中的一个新种。菌株MB6-1的16 S rDNA序列已经被GenBank数据库收录,其序列号为DQ436917


Isolation and 16 S rDNA Sequence Analysis of Degrading Methionine Bacterium from Ruminal Fluid

Abstract: In order to study species resource from ruminal fluid, one strain of methionine- degrading bacterium MB6-1 was isolated and purified. 16 S rRNA encoding gene (16 S rDNA) from MB6-1 was amplified by PCR, and its nucleotide sequence was determined. On the basis of the homology and phylogenetic analysis of 16 S rDNA(ribosomal database projectⅡ,RDPⅡ), it was considered that strain MB6-1 may be a novel species of the Providencia family. The GenBank accession numbers of the 16 S rDNA sequences of strain MB6-1 is DQ436917.
