不同激光辐照对盐生杜氏藻生长及β-胡萝卜素累积的影响研究

摘 要: 用YAG、LD和Ar+三种不同激光辐照处理盐生杜氏藻(Dunaliella salina )细胞,通过改变辐照剂量,对盐生杜氏藻的生长速率和色素含量进行测定比较。实验结果表明:当YAG激光辐照剂量超过1 min 时,对盐生杜氏藻细胞的增殖有明显的抑制作用,并抑制其胡萝卜素的合成;LD激光在辐照剂量为 3 min~5 min 能促进细胞的增殖,其中 5 min 剂量的处理组,生长速率较对照组提高190 %,叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的含量,分别提高 27.2 % 和24.4 %;Ar+激光在辐照剂量为 5 min~30 min 范围内能促进类胡萝卜素的积累,与对照组相比,分别提高18.5 %~130.9 %,但在这个剂量范围内,Ar+激光抑制其生长。还对不同激光辐照对盐生杜氏藻所产生的生物学效应机制进行了初步探讨。


The Study on the Effect of Different Lasers Irradiation on Dunaliella salina Growth and Accumulation of β-carotenoid

Abstract: Dunaliella salina was irradiated with YAG, LD and Ar+ laser by different does as treatment does. After irradiated, the growth rate and pigment content of Dunaliella Salina were investigated to compare. The experimental results indicated that the cell multiplication and accumulation of β-carotenoid were inhibited by YAG laser, when the irradiation does exceeded one minute. LD laser accelerated cells' multiplication in 5~35 minutes irradiation does, the growth rate was increased most by 190 % in 5 minutes irradiation does. It also accelerated the synthesis of chlorophyll and the accumulation of carotenoid in 5 minutes irradiation does, and the pigment content were increased most by 27.2 % and 24.4 % respectively. Carotenoid was accumulated in 5 minutes~30 minutes irradiation does by Ar+ laser, compared with the comparision group, the content was increased most by 18.5 %~130.9 %, but the synthesis of chlorophyll was inhibited. The lecture has discussed the primary study on biological effect of Dunaliella salina by different laser.
