650 nm激光穴位照射与针刺治疗良性前列腺增生症的疗效对比观察

摘 要:目的:观察、评估650 nm激光照射穴位治疗良性前列腺增生症(中医辨证为肾阳虚)的临床疗效。方法:对30例良性前列腺增生症患者,采用650 nm激光,照射会阴、关元、肾俞,并随机选取30例,用针刺治疗作临床对比观察,针刺肾俞、秩边、关元、命门、足三里、脾俞、三阴交、次髎等穴。结果:激光照射穴位与针刺治疗均对良性前列腺增生症有较好的疗效,两组治疗前后症状评分、尿动力学均有显著的改变(P<0.05),但两者的临床疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:650 nm激光穴位照射是临床治疗良性前列腺增生症(肾阳虚型)的有效治疗方法之一,值得深入研究。


Observation on the Comparison in Therapeutic Effects between the 650 nm Laser Acupoint Irradiation and Acupuncture on the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

ABSTRACT:Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical therapeutic effects of the 650nm laser acupoint irradiation on benign prostatic hyperplasia (differential diagnosis in Chinese Medicine as deficiency of kidney-yang). Methods:Thirty patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) received laser irradiation of wavelength 650nm on Huiyin (CV1),Guangyuan (CV 4) and Shensu (UB23). Another thirty BPH patients were randomLy selected as controls and acupuncture was applied on their Shensu (UB23), Zhibian (UB 54), Guangyuan (CV 4), Mingmen (GV 4), Zusanli (ST 36), Pishu (UB 20), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Ciliao (UB32), etc. for clinical comparative observations. Results:Laser irradiation on the acupoints and acupuncture both had good therapeutic effects on benign prostatic hyperplasia. There were significant differences between the pre and post treatment scores on symptoms and urodynamics in both groups (p<0.05). However, the clinical efficacies of the two groups were not significantly different (p>0.05). Conclusion:The 650 nm laser acupoint irradiation is one of the effective treatments on benign prostatic hyperplasia (deficiency of kidney-yang type) and worth further in-depth investigations.
