摘 要:选用4头体重420 kg,年龄2.5岁装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的中国西门塔尔牛,采用4×4拉丁方设计,以混合精料和玉米秸秆为基础日粮,研究日粮中添加氯化镧(0、0.45、0.9和1.8 g/head/d)对瘤胃pH、NH3-N、VFA、营养物质降解及尿嘌呤衍生物浓度的影响。日粮添加0.9 g/head/d氯化镧后显著降低瘤胃pH和NH3-N浓度,提高了玉米秸秆干物质、有机物质、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的有效降解率(P<0.05),对豆粕干物质、有机物质和粗蛋白质降解无显著影响(P>0.05),显著提高了瘤胃丙酸、总挥发性脂肪酸浓度和尿嘌呤衍生物的排出量(P<0.05),乙酸/丙酸显著下降(P<0.05)。日粮中氯化镧的适宜添加水平为0.9 g/d。


Effects of Different Lanthanum Chloride Levels on Rumen Fermentation and Purine Derivatives of Urine in Simmental Steer

Abstract: Four Simmental steers(average BW 420 kg, aged 2.5) cannulated at the rumen consuming a corn straw diet were used in a 4×4 Latin square design and supplemented with four levels(0, 0.45, 0.90 and 1.8 g/head/d) of supplemental lanthanum chloride to evaluate the effects of different lanthanum chloride levels on ruminal pH, NH3-N, VFA, nutrients degradability and purine derivatives of urine. At the 0.9 g/head/d lanthanum chloride level, ruminal pH and NH3-N concentrations were decreased significantly (P<0.05), the effective degradability of DM, OM, NDF and ADF of corn straw were increased significantly (P<0.05), soybean DM, OM and CP effective degradability were not affected by lanthanum chloride supplementation, but ruminal propionate, TVFA and purine derivatives of urine concentrations were increased significantly (P<0.05), acetate/propionate decreased significantly (P<0.05). The supplementation of lanthanum chloride had passive effect on rumen, the optimum lanthanum chloride supplemented dose was 0.9 g/head/d.
