摘 要:采用60Co辐射源,研究了不同剂量对食用蛋的灭菌和保鲜效果,以及对种蛋囊胚的致弱作用。结果表明:7 kGy的辐照剂量可以杀灭鸡蛋内容物和蛋壳上的全部细菌,但即使是4 kGy,对鸡蛋的保鲜和延长货架期方面起到的也是副作用;从3 Gy~11 Gy剂量范围内对种蛋进行辐照,其对应的孵化率为71.8 %~ 13.3 %。由于没有一个衡量辐照致弱种蛋胚胎发育程度的参数,提出了相对于空白组的孵化率下降幅度作为家鸡囊胚细胞嵌合体选取辐照剂量的依据。

Studies of 60Co γ Irradiation in Preserving Table Eggs and Compromising Fertile Eggs

Abstract: The effect on preserving table eggs and compromising fertile eggs were studied using γ-ray of 60Co. It was indicated that the bacteria could be killed completely both inside and outside the eggs when used 7 Gy. At the same time the result of keeping fresh was bad, although the dose was 4 Gy. The hatchability of fertile eggs was 71.8 %~13.3 % when irradiated with 3 Gy~11 Gy. There were no parameters published to describe the compromising effect when irradiating fertile eggs. The decline extent of hatchability comparing with control group was put forward in order to use it as a parameter to choose the dosage of irradiation in transgenic chicken field.
