安徽地区花生根瘤菌遗传多样性的研究

摘 要:采用RAPD技术对分离自安徽地区的花生根瘤菌和部分参比菌株进行了遗传多样性和系统发育研究。结果表明来自凤阳和山东青岛地区花生根瘤菌的遗传距离比快生型和慢生型根瘤菌之间的遗传距离更远;安徽地区花生根瘤菌具有复杂的遗传基础,其遗传多样性丰富,其中来自宿州、合肥、贵池三地区的花生根瘤菌归为慢生型根瘤菌;而来自巢湖、宿州、淮北、芜湖地区的花生根瘤菌与快生型苜蓿根瘤菌的遗传地位更为接近,为快生型根瘤菌。


Study on Genetic Diversity of Peanut Rhizobia Isolated from Anhui Areas

Abstract: Genetic diversity of peanut Rhizobia isolated from Anhui areas was determined using Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique. The results indicated that between peanut Rhizobia originated from Qingdao Shandong and Fengyang Anhui and other strains have the lowest similarity. Peanut rhizobia of Anhui have complicated genetic basic. Peanut Rhizobia isolated from Suzhou Hefei and Guichi are Bradyrhizobia; peanut Rhizobia isolated from Chaohu Suzhou Huaibei and Wuhu are fast-growing Rhizobia.
