翠绿宝石激光脱毛350例疗效分析

摘 要:目的：评价翠绿宝石激光脱毛治疗的疗效。方法：使用波长为755nm的GentleLASE Plus激光对350例门诊患者的不同部位的体毛进行多次治疗，并按不同部位和治疗次数进行分组，分析其疗效。结果：经过多次治疗后，总体治愈率为83.71％，疗效与不同的部位有关，且与治疗次数呈正相关。其中5例出现暂时性色素沉着。结论：使用GentleLASE Plus激光进行脱毛治疗效果良好，并发症少，是目前较为理想的脱毛治疗方法。


Effectiveness of alexandrite laser for hair removal in 350 patients

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of hair removal using alexandrite laser. Methods:A total of 350 patients with unwanted hair were treated by alexandrite laser (wavelength: 755 nm, 30ms pulsewidth). The 350 patients were divided into several groups according to the hair of different parts of the body, and the curative effects were analyzed. Results:After several times treatment, the effective rate is 83.71%. We found that there was different effective rate in different part and the number of operation correlated with the effectiveness. Pigmentation occurred in 1.43% of the patients (5/350). Conclusion:Hair removal by alexandrite laser has permanent effect. No severe side-effect is observed.
